Hey, it's Komika here... I am going to start the ball rolling and tell you all about little ol' me. My real name is Poldara Ice Princess or as you will know me, Komika. I was born in Queensland. My first hu-mum was Sharon Wilson from Poldara Kennels (http://www.poldarakennels.com/). Until recently, I still got to visit "Mum" and I love her to bits. Here are some video's my Dad took when I was just a wee little fluff ball. Check them out, I sure was a little cutie - not that I'm not cute now! http://youtu.be/rwGbErte1gU and http://youtu.be/rGQDrDiHX4k
So time flies being a social young Mally girl, and I am now three years old. I was living on the Gold Coast with my Dad and my boyfriend Dodge, but we all packed up and moved to Tasmania earlier this year. The heat and humidity was not good for my skin, but now, it's soooo cold which is what I really like.
Speaking about my skin, we get to eat the best things! We have a raw diet so that means no grains or anything that's processed or cooked - just raw meat and vegetables. Now that we're in Tassie, we get to eat raw salmon all the time. It's the best! Sometimes I get to eat the tail and other times I get to eat the head. It is so yummy and so good for my skin and coat. We also get lots of raw veges like carrots, apples, beetroots or whatever else Mum and Dad have left over. Dinner time is my favourite time of the day.
Since we have been in Tassie, we have got to visit the snow a few times but I will save those stories and pictures for a later snow dog blog.
I did forget to mention that my hips aren't the best - it's just one of those things that happens even when it's all meant to turn out perfect. I have to stay slim (like a super model!) to keep my hips healthy and I exercise in moderation - I like that bit too because laying around on my big puffy bed is not so bad.
Well enjoy my videos and don't forget to write and tell me what you think. I'll hand over the story writing to Dodge next, and I'll be back soon.
Love, Licks and Woo-woo's
